Bed linen was covered by blood. The room smelled of smoke. Water from the the aircondition pipe covered floor in bathroom.

The hotel room was cozy with comfortable beds and nice amenities such as free coffee and water in the fridge. The location was great, just a short distance from local restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the authentic Korean neighborhood. there was quick and reliable internet which was great for keeping in touch with family during Easter.
The language barrier made it difficult to communicate with the staff and there were not enough translated instructions for the shower and other amenities which were all indicated in Korean only. some aspects of the room were not environmentally friendly, like the heating and air conditioning system which was difficult to adjust and used a lot of energy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, very clean, and very quiet. The staff was friendly, very helpful, and made us feel welcome. The internet was fast and reliable, perfect for staying connected. We appreciated the large working desk in the room. Additionally, the hotel provided free soft drinks and water in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The location in the suburbs gave us a taste of authentic Korean life, with small local shops and restaurants nearby. It was fascinating to experience how Korean people live. Plus, the Korean Folk Village, only 4km away, allowed us to learn about the country's cultural history.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with both a bed and a sofa. the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. the hotel's location was convenient for my business meetings and easily accessible by public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants.
The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing. the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and difficult to adjust.
